This is our 5th Annual, and we hope to make it the best yet… we will again have mill tours and alpaca petting, and we are adding some new things to do, we want you to get your hands on our beautiful fiber, see what we are doing… see you soon….. WOW!! response to our yarns has been incredible, we are now at about a 12 week turn around time for new custom processing… please everyone be patient, we are working as fast as week can to get your fiber processed.. our new machine is due here on the 14th, so hopefully it will shorten lead times for everyone..

We are at 2 & 2 so far – with 8 more due over the next 4 weeks….. then a bunch more after that.

We will be doing some fun things this year – bring your kids, we are planning on stomping a rug – come and see how we are making wonderfull felted rugs – the kids will love this.

What a great weekend we have had – was really great to meet and mingle with everyone there…. our yarn received lots of great compliments and it looks like we will be really busy getting these processing orders out over the next several weeks….

We have been watching Joy for way too long – she finally went into labor today – but alas it was too late, cria was upside down,head and feet back and Joy just wasn’t dialating properly, we saved her, but cria didn’t make it.. (

We are almost done with our shearing, had a crew here on Saturday and again today – and now only 12 left……. yea!! We have still only one cria – a pretty little girl – and one who is way past due, then a bunch coming next month.. check back for updates

We are ready again for our annual Meet the Alpacas – Open Farm Day – July 9, 2011 – We are planning some new activities to celebrate our 5th Annual event….. Check back often to see what we are planning.

We will be at Nationals and will have room in our trailer for bringing home fiber – please let us know how much you are bringing to us so we don’t over fill the trailer….
